We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing operational risks, ensuring business continuity, and implementing disaster recovery strategies. This role is critical in safeguarding the organization against potential fraud and operational failures, thereby enhancing the overall risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks associated with business operations.
Conduct regular assessments of operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Collaborate with various departments to identify potential risks and develop effective business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and recommend improvements as necessary.
Lead the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
process to evaluate the effectiveness of controls in place and identify areas for enhancement.
Provide training and support to staff on operational risk management practices and promote a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Experience in operational risk management and fraud prevention.
Familiarity with Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) methodologies.
