This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards set by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to insurance products and services.
Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting insights derived from data analysis.
Ensure that all regulatory reporting requirements are met in accordance with IRDAI guidelines.
Work closely with IT teams to implement current systems and processes that support business objectives.
Conduct training sessions for staff on current processes and tools.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Functional Consultant, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of general insurance, non-life, motor insurance, and health insurance products.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting standards set by IRDAI.
