We are seeking a dedicated Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in US healthcare and medical billing processes, with a focus on denial management and accounts receivable (AR) calling. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency of our revenue cycle operations and improving the overall financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely resolution of denials and outstanding claims.
Conduct thorough denial management, analyzing reasons for denials and implementing corrective actions to minimize future occurrences.
Utilize knowledge of CPT codes, modifiers, and billing forms such as CMS 1500 and UB04 to ensure accurate billing and compliance.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve billing issues and enhance revenue cycle processes.




Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken regarding claims and denials.
Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and billing practices to ensure compliance and optimize revenue.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of US healthcare systems and medical billing processes.
Proficiency in denial management and AR calling techniques.
Familiarity with CPT codes, modifiers, and billing forms (CMS 1500, UB04).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve revenue cycle performance.
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing practices is a plus.
