A reputed financial services organisation is looking for a motivated Relationship Officer to build client relationships, identify investment opportunities, and support business growth in the wealth management segment.
Role & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with prospective retail and HNI clients to develop new business opportunities.
Investment Solutions: Understand client financial needs and introduce suitable products such as Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Life Insurance.
Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalised service.
Business Development: Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Client Portfolio Support: Assist clients with investment-related queries, product information, and periodic portfolio reviews.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on financial products, market developments, and investment opportunities.
Compliance: Follow internal policies and applicable regulatory guidelines while dealing with clients.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognised university.
Experience in sales, banking, financial services, or wealth management is preferred.
Positive understanding of investment products, particularly Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Bonds, and Insurance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to generate leads, build qualified relationships, and achieve sales targets.
A customer-focused approach with a strong interest in financial services.
NISM and IRDAI certifications will be an added advantage, depending on the products handled.
