The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and general HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.




Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide support in HR generalist activities, including performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
