Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.




Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Skills:
