The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collections process for various types of loans, including auto loans and personal loans. This role requires a proactive approach to debt recovery, ensuring that payments are collected efficiently and effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to collect outstanding payments from clients.
Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and collections.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates.
Communicate with clients regarding their payment obligations and negotiate repayment plans when necessary.
