As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via voice calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Resolve escalations and grievances in a timely manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer issues, guiding them through solutions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.




Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills:
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Familiarity with finance, marketing, and sales concepts is a plus.
Experience in BPO or customer service environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
