Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through international voice channels, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Handle customer interactions related to fraud prevention and resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.




Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of BPO operations and customer service principles.
Familiarity with banking and travel-related services.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, particularly in fraud-related situations.
Sales skills and experience in upselling or cross-selling services is a plus.
