We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Consultant to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ITSM processes using ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of incident management, change management, and problem management, as well as experience with service delivery and configuration management databases (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of ITSM processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.
Utilize ServiceNow to automate processes and enhance service management capabilities.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on ITIL best practices and ServiceNow functionalities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of ITSM processes.




Manage and resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Oversee change management processes to ensure that changes are made with minimal risk to IT services.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of ITSM principles and ITIL best practices.
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
Experience in incident management, change management, and problem management.
Familiarity with configuration management databases (CMDB) and service delivery processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
