Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
Analyze and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximize production output.
Monitor cycle times and implement strategies to reduce them while maintaining product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production workflows.
Conduct regular assessments of production equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.




Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
