Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and cash application.
Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Handle disputes related to invoices and payments, working closely with clients to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.




Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable process.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, including order to cash and cash application.
Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in dispute resolution.
Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes.
Proficient in invoicing and financial record-keeping.
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
