We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager for our Business Banking division to manage and grow our portfolio of SME clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business banking, with a focus on working capital solutions, term loans, and credit facilities. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their banking needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage the end-to-end process of loan applications, including assessing client eligibility, preparing documentation, and liaising with credit teams.
Promote and sell various banking products, including working capital loans, overdrafts, term loans, and credit facilities.




Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in business banking or a similar role.
Solid understanding of SME financing, working capital management, and credit products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
