As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships. You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our organization, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.
Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare reports related to accounts payable.
Support the finance team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
