We are seeking a dedicated QC Microbiologist to join our quality control team in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in microbiology and experience in sterility testing within the pharmaceutical industry. As a QC Microbiologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological testing and sterility testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all testing procedures and results, ensuring traceability and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues related to microbiological contamination.
Assist in the development and validation of microbiological methods and protocols.
Participate in internal audits and inspections,



providing necessary documentation and support to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in microbiology and quality control practices.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of microbiology principles and practices, particularly in the context of pharmaceutical quality control.
Experience with sterility testing methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with quality management systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
