Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with HR regulations, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary compliance reports and documentation.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure that compliance practices are integrated into all business operations.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compliance-related inquiries and issues.




Stay updated on changes in labor laws and compliance regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.
Support the development and implementation of compliance training programs for staff.
