The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service engineering, particularly in the field of material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, cranes, conveyors, and excavators. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, as well as providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in office installation, maintenance, and repair of material handling equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for service contracts and spare parts sales.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and inventory management for spare parts.




Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in the material handling industry.
Strong technical knowledge of forklifts, cranes, conveyors, and excavators.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced setting.
