This role is pivotal in driving sales strategies and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote luxury residential properties.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the unique features and advantages of each property.
Manage and maintain a comprehensive property database to track leads and client interactions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Lead negotiations and close sales, ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients.
Build and nurture relationships with HNI and UHNI clients,



understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
