The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch process, ensuring that finished goods are accurately billed and shipped in a timely manner. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing and documentation for all shipments.
Implement and maintain inventory management practices, utilizing LIFO (Last In, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
Monitor and report on dispatch metrics,



identifying areas for improvement in the dispatch process.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required Skills:
