We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Pitampura, Current Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in performance marketing, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in digital marketing and a keen analytical mindset to improve ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage Google Search, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, Facebook, and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Set up, optimize, target, bid, and report on campaigns effectively.
Identify opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency, lead quality, and overall marketing ROI.
Collaborate with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
Analyze key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS,



and conversions.
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and optimization techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of keyword planning, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in e-commerce or lead generation is preferred.
