We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to join our agile team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, with a focus on product development and sampling. As a Senior Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies that align with our brand's vision and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that samples meet quality and design standards.
Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product selection and merchandising tactics.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies as needed to maximize profitability.




Provide training and support to junior merchandising staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Merchandiser, with a focus on product development and sampling.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced workplace.
Proficiency in merchandising software and tools is a plus.
