The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential, real estate, or property sales, particularly in dealing with high net worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNI). This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships to drive sales closure effectively.

As a Residential Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing client portfolios, and providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and guide them through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with HNI and UHNI clients to understand their real estate needs.
Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
Present property options to clients,



highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely transaction closures.
Stay updated on market trends and changes in the real estate landscape to provide informed advice to clients.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in residential sales, real estate sales, or property sales.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
