This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer relationship management. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our banking products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote banking products and services.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed sales quotas through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Utilize CRM software and telephone systems to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.




Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in using computer programs, including CRM systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Fluency in English is essential.

This position offers a competitive salary package, with freshers earning between 17k to 20k per month and experienced candidates earning between 3 to 4 LPA.
