The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US accounting practices, particularly in property accounting and compliance with US GAAP standards. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of our accounting processes related to real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Manage property accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for real estate projects.
Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.




Provide support during external audits and respond to inquiries from auditors.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices in the real estate sector.
