We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Quality Control to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical method validation and development, ensuring that our quality control processes meet the highest standards. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and ensuring the reliability of our analytical results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the quality control laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
Conduct analytical method validation and development for various testing methods including HPLC, GC, UV, and Karl Fischer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Prepare and review documentation for USFDA audits and ensure all quality control records are maintained accurately.
Train and mentor junior QC staff,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
Analyze data and prepare reports on quality control metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of analytical methods and techniques, particularly HPLC and GC.
Experience with quality control processes and regulatory compliance, especially related to USFDA standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team workplace.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
