We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader/Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition to join Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. This role is pivotal in leading our recruitment efforts and managing a team of recruiters to meet the hiring needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruitment, particularly in lateral and bulk hiring, and will be responsible for overseeing a team of at least 10 recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring effective recruitment strategies are implemented to meet client demands.
Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow.
Engage in lateral and bulk hiring, utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Handle client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Foster a team-oriented team environment,



providing guidance and support to team members.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in lateral hiring, bulk hiring, and BPO hiring.
Strong team handling experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
Client handling experience is an added advantage.
