We are seeking a skilled Plant Finance Manager to join our team at a reputed company specializing in waterproofing products for buildings and civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and accounting, with a focus on plant operations. This role requires a minimum of a B.Com degree and extensive experience in managing financial operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including the latest updates.
Manage the issuance of invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and oversee GST credits, payments, returns, and reconciliations.
Record sales transactions while adhering to GST, TDS, and TCS compliance requirements.
Oversee receivable management, including debtor collections, aging reports, and follow-ups.
Process purchase bills, vendor payments, and conduct reconciliations.
Handle contractor bill passing with appropriate deductions for TDS, PF, and ESIC.




Conduct accounts reconciliations, tax reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
Manage employee reimbursements and bill processing.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights to management based on financial data and MIS reports.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of GST compliance and accounting practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Busy Accounting Software is preferred.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
