We are seeking a GMP and IPQA Specialist to join our team in Himachal Pradesh. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and overseeing the In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes and ensuring that all operations adhere to established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with production teams to implement and maintain effective IPQA practices.
Develop, review, and update SOPs to reflect current practices and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and guidance to staff on GMP and IPQA protocols.




Assist in the investigation of quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.
