We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, with a focus on plant audits and compliance. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices. You will work closely with various departments to ensure adherence to policies and regulations, and to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits of various departments and processes, focusing on plant operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare detailed audit reports that summarize findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with management to develop action plans based on audit findings and ensure timely implementation.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken in response to audit recommendations.




Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact the organization.
Assist in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and tools.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of internal auditing principles and practices.
Experience with plant audits and operational assessments.
Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
