The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation and brewing techniques, along with the ability to train and mentor aspiring baristas. As a Barista Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of our staff and ensuring that our caf maintains the highest standards of coffee quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for current and existing baristas, focusing on coffee brewing techniques, equipment handling, and customer service skills.
Develop training materials and programs that align with our caf's standards and values.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of baristas, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and coffee innovations to incorporate into training sessions.




Collaborate with management to ensure that all staff are knowledgeable about our coffee offerings and can effectively communicate this to customers.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
