Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the B2B industrial automation market.
Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on OEMs and businesses requiring automation solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand product offerings and effectively communicate their perks to clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.




Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in industrial sales and automation.
Strong understanding of products such as motors, conveyors, pallets, rollers, drives, and sensors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
