Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize transportation operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
Coordinate with freight brokers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics processes.
Monitor and resolve delays and breakdowns in the transportation process.
Oversee the management of e-way bills and proof of delivery (POD) documentation.
Implement strategies for last-mile delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
