You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and skilled manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their accounts or services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.




Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in an international BPO or call center is a plus but not mandatory.
