We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Welding Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various welding techniques, including Spot Welding and MIG Welding, and will be responsible for overseeing the welding processes within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a deep understanding of welded assemblies and the ability to design and implement effective weld fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize welding processes to ensure high-quality production standards.
Conduct line setup and ensure effective workflow to minimize cycle time and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prove parts and validate welding techniques.
Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical support and training to welding staff to ensure adherence to best practices.




Monitor and analyze welding performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Spot Welding and MIG Welding techniques.
Robust knowledge of Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) and its applications.
Experience with welded assemblies and the design of weld fixtures.
Familiarity with process engineering principles and assembly processes.
Ability to analyze cycle times and implement reduction strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
