We are seeking an Office Boy to join our team in Borivali, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential office services and support to ensure smooth operations within the workplace. This role is crucial for maintaining a tidy and organized office workplace while assisting staff and visitors with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Visit banks for depositing cheques/cash, collecting statements or documents, and performing other authorized banking tasks.
Deliver and collect bills, invoices, work orders, delivery challans, and other documents from customer offices and project sites.
Submit documents at client offices, construction sites, vendors, CA offices, and other locations as instructed by the company.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and arranging documents.




Purchase or collect office stationery and other necessary items as instructed.
Keep the office pantry and common areas tidy and organized.
Assist with dispatch, courier, and document tracking.
Maintain a record of documents delivered/collected and obtain acknowledgements where required.

Required Skills:
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and visitors.
Basic knowledge of office management and services.
Reliability and punctuality in performing assigned tasks.
