We are seeking an experienced Exchange Online Administrator to join our team in Karnataka or Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing and supporting Exchange Online and Office 365 environments, as well as experience with on-premises solutions. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our email and collaboration services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Exchange Online and Office 365 environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Provide support for on-premises Exchange servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement best practices for email security, compliance, and data protection.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure optimal operation.
Assist in the migration of on-premises Exchange settings to Exchange Online.




Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding Exchange Online and Office 365 functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Exchange Online and Office 365 to ensure the organization is leveraging the best tools available.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online and Office 365 administration.
Experience with on-premises Exchange server management.
Familiarity with email security protocols and compliance regulations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
