Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Sales role based in Delhi, India. The Interior Sales professional will welcome and engage walk-in and scheduled clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable interior decor solutions, products, and design concepts. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of customer service. The role involves coordinating with design and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery,



as well as maintaining showroom displays and product knowledge. The Interior Sales professional will also help train current team members on product offerings, sales processes, and customer engagement techniques when needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their interior needs.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to convert inquiries into orders, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and skill development of team members and contribute to consistent service standards.
Relevant experience in interior decor, furniture, home improvement, or retail showroom sales is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a customer-focused mindset and robust attention to detail.
Comfort using basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools; prior experience with design or layout software is a plus.
A diploma or degree in interior design, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
