Job Title: Principal Architect – Design Department
Experience: 15+ Years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction (Residential – High-Rise)
Bengaluru-based candidates will be preferred.
Lead and manage the architectural design team for multiple residential high-rise projects
Ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Mentor and develop the design team for high performance and innovation
Ensure compliance with building codes and statutory regulations
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Robust expertise in residential high-rise architecture
Excellent leadership and team-handling skills
In-depth knowledge of building codes, approvals, and regulations
Robust coordination, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in architectural design tools and software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch. / M.Arch)
Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction
Proven track record of handling large-scale residential projects
