Identify data gaps and coordinate with business teams to capture, validate, and organize missing information.
Perform data cleansing by identifying incorrect or incomplete data and executing remediation plans.
Reconcile source and target data during migration using Excel and data analytics tools.
Validate migrated data against defined mapping rules through quantitative and qualitative checks.
Prepare reconciliation reports, highlight discrepancies, escalate issues, and drive them through resolution.
Use advanced Excel functions for data analysis, validation, comparison, and reporting.
Generate and analyse reports using Oracle HCM, Payroll, OTBI, and BI Publisher (BIP).
Support data validation and reporting activities related to UK Payroll, with knowledge of the Republic of Ireland (ROI) payroll legislation being an added advantage.
Use data analytics tools such as Alteryx to support data profiling, cleansing, and migration validation.
