Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :
Sell InfozIT Solutions’ software products including CRM, HRMS, Education ERP, and Task Management solutions
Identify and generate current business prospects through cold calling, referrals, networking, and inbound leads
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal product, implementation, and support teams
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with customer interactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends,



competitors, and product enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B IT product sales
Experience selling software products / SaaS solutions is mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of enterprise software sales processes
Ability to understand customer pain points and map solutions accordingly
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently as well as in a team workplace

Preferred Skills :
Experience in selling CRM, HRMS, ERP, or workflow automation tools
Exposure to selling solutions to educational institutions or enterprises
Experience in handling demos, proposals, and pricing discussions

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
