Role Description The Billing Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for preparing and managing project bills and related documentation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing BOQs, performing quantity take-offs, verifying measurements, and coordinating with site teams to ensure accurate billing records. The role involves rate analysis, updating and maintaining billing systems, and ensuring that all bills comply with project contracts and client requirements.



The Billing Engineer will also assist in quantity surveying activities, support cost estimation, and collaborate with project managers and finance teams to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
Candidates should possess solid experience with billing systems and rate analysis.
Candidates should possess proven analytical skills for validating quantities, costs, and project data.
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, and familiarity with construction billing software.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma is preferred.
Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with site and office teams.
Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
