We're Hiring: Performance Marketer | Pixel Plunge Media

We're looking for someone who owns results, not just runs ads.

What we need:

1.5+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads

A proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS / CPL

Fluent English and explicit communication with clients

Ability to work independently and deliver without supervision

SEO or website development experience is a bonus

What we expect from you:

Accountability: You own your campaign numbers, valuable or bad. No excuses, only solutions.

Responsibility: Your client accounts are your responsibility, from setup to optimization to reporting.

Proactiveness: You spot problems before the client does and fix them.

Commitment: Deadlines are met and updates are shared on time, every time.

Work Mode: Remote (Vadodara candidates get priority)

Salary: Up to 30,000/month
