Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tailor role based in Rajkot. The Tailor will be responsible for taking measurements, performing fittings, and altering garments to meet customer specifications. Daily tasks include cutting and sewing fabric, constructing and finishing garments, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders. The Tailor will interact with customers to understand their preferences, provide style and fit recommendations, and maintain a clean and organized work area.



The role requires collaboration with other team members to manage workloads and uphold consistent quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Tailoring and Dressmaking skills for constructing and altering various types of garments.
Candidates should possess precise Fitting skills to take accurate measurements and adjust garments for comfort and style.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to understand customer needs and provide courteous, professional support.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with different fabrics and garment styles.
Prior experience as a tailor or in garment production is preferred, and familiarity with sewing machines and related tools is beneficial.
Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple orders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
