Role Description The Telecaller role at Sankalpa Educational Institutions is a full time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about the institution’s programs, admission procedures, and services to prospective students and families. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, updating call records, following up with leads, and maintaining clear communication with the admissions and administration teams. The role also involves explaining course details, scheduling appointments or campus visits, and ensuring that all interactions reflect the institution’s skilled standards.



Telecallers are expected to meet call targets, maintain confidentiality of student data, and deliver courteous, accurate, and timely information.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
Basic computer literacy, including use of spreadsheets, email, and CRM or call-tracking software.
Ability to listen actively, understand student and parent needs, and provide appropriate information and guidance.
Organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping.
Customer service mindset with patience, empathy, and a professional approach to resolving queries.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or admissions counseling in education is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education; diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada and collaborate with admissions and administrative staff.
