One.9 Design Studio is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication and handle incoming leads and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming leads from the website and other platforms
Understand client requirements and share relevant information about services
Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients
Maintain records of leads, conversations, and client data
Support in converting inquiries into confirmed projects
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients

Eligibility Criteria :
Any graduate or diploma holder
Background in sales, communication, or customer handling is a plus

Required Skills :




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and skilled speaking ability
Valuable follow-up and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Organized, proactive, and responsible attitude
Ability to handle multiple conversations and leads

We are looking for someone who is friendly, presentable, and passionate about working with clients while contributing to the growth of a creative design studio.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
