Supervise and manage overall nursing services in all hospital areas including wards, ICU, OT, chemotherapy, and day care units.
Ensure protected, quality, and compassionate nursing care for oncology patients.
Prepare duty rosters and maintain adequate nursing manpower in all shifts.
Monitor discipline, performance, and skilled conduct of nursing staff.
Ensure safe administration practices, infection control, and biomedical waste management.
Organize training and skill development programs for nursing staff, especially oncology care and chemotherapy safety.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality protocols.
Coordinate with doctors, departments, and hospital management for smooth patient care services.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
