Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
Monitor and maintain physical and virtual servers.
Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and cloud-based services.
Configure and maintain storage systems and network infrastructure.
Monitor system logs and proactively resolve issues.
Implement IT security policies, endpoint protection, and access controls.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills :
Robust experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.




Experience managing VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure services.
Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam, Acronis, or similar.
Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, and Firewall Management.
Experience with endpoint security and server hardening.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCSA/MCSE) preferred.
VMware Certification (VCP) preferred.
Azure Administrator Certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in System Administration.
Experience managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
Robust communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle critical incidents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
