Job Overview
We are looking for a disciplined, highly organized HR Recruiter & Admin Executive to handle our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and daily office administration at our CBD Belapur office. In this role, you will source talent for our logistics teams while managing corporate vendors, facilities, and day-to-day office operations to ensure an productive, error-free workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & HR Admin : Manage employee onboarding, mandatory document verification, daily attendance tracking, leave logs, and internal HR compliance.
Logistics Administrative Support : Coordinate the secure dispatch, receipt, and internal tracking of critical original shipping documents (OBLs, Delivery Orders) and corporate couriers.
Facility & Vendor Management : Oversee workplace infrastructure,
manage daily office maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for utilities and logistics printing stationery.
Petty Cash & Expense Tracking : Manage daily petty cash for minor office expenses, verify facility vendor invoices, and coordinate with the accounts team for processing.
Executive Coordination : Maintain accurate, updated registers for company assets, visitor logs, and assist management with corporate meeting logistics.
Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience successfully combining HR recruitment and corporate office administration.
Ability to commute reliably to CBD Belapur for a 6-day working week .
