Daily Dashboard Presentation & Data Analysis
Collect and verify data from Production, Dispatch, Sales, Stores, and Accounts departments.
Update the daily management dashboard before the defined reporting time.
Present key figures related to:
Production vs Target
Dispatch vs Plan
Sales vs Target
Finished Goods Stock
Raw Material Stock
Pending Orders
Collections and Outstanding
Highlight major deviations, exceptions, and red flags.
Prepare daily insights and deductions from the data.
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas requiring management attention.
Share a Daily MIS Summary with management.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure data accuracy and timely submission.
