We are seeking a friendly and highly organized Front Desk/Guest Relationship Executive to be the first point of contact at our cosmetic clinic. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and discreet experience for our clients while supporting the clinical and administrative team.

Job description

Greet clients warmly and professionally

Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups

Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality at all times

Process payments, invoices, and point-of-sale transactions

Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth daily clinic flow

Maintain a clean,



organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area

Handle product sales and provide basic information about treatments and services

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and inventory support

Desirable Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused workplace

Experience:
Minimum 1 year and above
